Taking examples of Sheila, Chikni and Mashallah, she stated that she had undergone training for a toned and tight body, followed by a curvaceous look for her next stint. Talking aboutDhoom 3 the trainer said that Katrina focused her work out regime by doing a lot of pilates and cardio followed by rope work which she had to learn for her role as a gymnast in the movie.
